National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retired) condemns calls on the federal government to seek external help to solve the decade long insurgency and also other new trends of violent crimes.
He said that the country has personnel and resources, but the problem is under utilization of these resources. He added that the President has also given a new lease of life to the Armed Forces.
