* OTHER UNKNOWN TRESPASSERS

As you are aware, a formal notice was previously issued to you on the 17th day of May 2023 regarding the owner’s intention to recover the said property due to your failure to settle outstanding obligations.
Since the expiration of the formal notice period on the 24th day of May 2023, we have observed your continued occupation of the property without lawful right or authority.
Effective immediately, you are hereby restrained from conducting any further activities within or upon the property at open space at Queen Elizabeth Road, Wesleyan Road, Oke Agodi Kube Road, Ibadan, Oyo State of Nigeria.
This includes but is not limited to residing, conducting business, storing personal belongings, or making alterations to the premises.
You are ordered to cease and desist all occupation, possession, and control of the property at open space at Queen Elizabeth Road, Wesleyan Road, Oke Agodi Kube Road, Ibadan, Oyo State of Nigeria. This entails vacating the premises immediately and removing all personal belongings and possessions from the property. Any further unauthorized entry or occupation of the premises will be considered a violation of this order.
Failure to comply with this Restriction Order and Cease and Desist Order will result in the owner pursuing legal action against you to protect their rights and interests. Legal remedies may include eviction proceedings, monetary damages, and any other relief deemed appropriate by the court.
